I signed up with Qiaben a little over a month ago and all I have is to say good things about them. 1. The communication via email and/ or texts is efficient and prompt. 2. Their team started working full speed from day 1. No slacking, work gets done on time and as promised. 3. They are very knowledgeable in the area of claims and payments. They are well versed with insurance companies and how to get claims paid, to follow up on unpaid claims, and enter payments efficiently. 4. They follow up with the insurances on unpaid claims, reason for non payment, gather info needed, and resubmit. 5. They also have been doing efficient insurance verifications that is an added bonus for the front desk staff so things don't fall through the cracks. Overall, very professional, efficient and knowledgeable company to work with.

I signed up with Qaiben about 4 to 5 months ago. They have been great to work with! Siva And his team are very good about communication via text or email. They get all work done and claims paid in a very efficient manner. With denials, they are very good about gathering information and resubmitting it. If we have any questions or concerns, they are very prompt to respond via a call or zoom. This has been a much better option than having someone physically in the office. I highly recommend them.

Siva was amazing! He resolved my problem in 30 mins, on Sunday! Since I met him, I sleep better because his IT support is out of this world.
